I do not have an account; Can I still place an on-line order?

You can sign in as a guest and place an online order on nanossr.com; however, having an account is strongly recommended in order you to track your previous orders, get early information about promotions, and for a smooth experience.

Even if you do not choose to have an account to place an order, you must fill all shipping and billing information correctly. Having a missing information in the form may cause problems while you are taking your parcel from customs.

Is on-line ordering really secure? Do you keep my credit card info?

Data sent between our web servers and your computer is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This protects the data while it travels over the Internet and is unencrypted for display by your computer.

What confirmation will I get?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after you submit your order. This confirmation will contain your order number. We strongly recommend you ask for stock to learn lead time.
